I'M IN LOVE, I'M IN LOVE, AND I DON'T CARE WHO KNOWS IT!

My baby grandniece I call Pipsqueak

There is no greater feeling on earth or in the Universe than L-O-V-E!  When you love someone it takes you outside of yourself. You are in a realm of wonder and of awe. You are in the ultimate state of being.
I would like to say here before the entire world, or at least the World Wide Web, that my greatest gift in life is my ability to LOVE! As a human being I am by no means perfect. But, I keep an open and flowing heart. I remain deeply grateful for my ability to continually give infinite amounts of love.
Because of this I can transcend many things…even loss, betrayal, blame. Love is like a pair of stilts. It literally takes you above it all. What a great place to be. Your view of the world is even better!
When you meditate, or just stop to breathe and pause, you can feel the love around you. It’s always there. That indomitable force all over the heavens, and earth, the galaxies and the solar systems is always present. We all are born with the ability to give and receive love. So, whomever and whatever you love, pay special attention to, by doing so you create even more love. It’s an infinite system and never runs out. We are lucky….we are living fully when we let love in and give it back. What else are we here for really?! Besides, as a perk….Natural highs are the best aren’t they?!
Looking at the picture above and below almost makes me ecstatic. I wholeheartedly adore my new baby grandniece and my late Great Aunty…..just two simple pictures flowing with the energy we call L-O-V-E! Its so good and so easy to spread.
And, nothing is more Ageless than being in alignment with all the good energy around us!
*Special Bonus for those who follow Ageless with Aunty....our precious, and now heavenly Aunty, keeps sending more and more love from above.....*

HAPPY EASTER AUNTY AND ALL...

Bright Colored Easter Eggs remind me of Aunty! Everyone in the family knows that Easter was always one of Aunty’s favorite Holidays.

We couldn’t get enough of her cookies and eggplant which she loved to make for the holiday. She prevented family feuds by always making extra! But, like me, Aunty was a kid at heart and loved the candy, and coloring the Easter Eggs. I can still see her face and feel that joy that she radiated at this special Holiday, and, for us a Holy Day.

Recently Aunty’s grandchildren were keeping up her tradition of coloring Easter Eggs. They had planned to make the pink, purple, blue, yellow and green ones like she did.  When one of the children lifted the egg out of the coloring….well, Nana Helen (Aunty to me) was so happy in spirit that she was being remembered by all her great grandchildren carrying on one of her many holiday traditions, she made sure one of the eggs had her name on it! Here is the picture they sent me. Aunty’s name is Helen and suddenly there was (what appeared to be) a Big "H" emblazoned on the Pink Egg.

Happy Easter to all….

Aunty you bring us all joy. Remembering you and carrying on in your name is the greatest privilege and how I chose to live my life now.

Eternally…

Renee Faith and your beloved family….

JOHN LENNON and JULIA ROBERTS

John Lennon said....All You Need is Love! In my Glow with the Flow post Julia Roberts said the secret to beauty is to always be looking at someone who loves you! Aunty and I live it every moment of every day. The love we share, protects us, nourishes us, strengthens us, and keeps us ageless...

We send our love and gratitude to you, our readers. Thanks for being part of our journey.

Behind the blog, some might say, with aunty's dementia and our non-existent financial security, that our life is pretty scary. As you can see here, and throughout this blog, that is not the case. We live in the light, and believe in the goodness of others and our own unlimited potential. It's a wonderful life.

I can say LOVE IS MIRACULOUS because I have the pictures to prove it.

To get more love, you have to give some away.

A MEMORABLE MEMORIAL DAY...

Snatum Kaur

I am in the middle of a memorable Memorial Day Weekend….so perfect I have even caught a glimpse of God…

Friday night a dear friend picked me up and took me to a concert. There is simply something about Friday night that creates excitement…and especially when it’s the start of a long holiday weekend. And, there is something about Snatum Kaur (the singer we were going to see) that sets her apart from other artists. Since I have all of her recordings, and listen to her in my Kundalini Yoga class, I knew I was in for an extraordinary show. Snatum is a young, radiant woman who has a voice that is a profound and compelling talent. Anyone who sits and listens to her will be moved. She wraps you in a warm lavender scented, clean, and cozy blanket, and sings devotional lullaby-byes to you. Well, they may not be lullaby’s’ but she has an innocence that opens your heart. She sings and chants with grace, eloquence, and pure bliss. You will be moved. Her connection to the divine is palpable.

As I sat and listened, my heart just blossomed. When I closed my eyes, the light within shined so brightly…I caught a glimpse of God….

What a better way to start a weekend called Memorial Day …It was only Friday, and my high-spiritedness was already off the Richter scale.

I had another glorious day on Saturday. I found myself surrounded by my family. The reunion was remarkable because we don’t get together often enough, and everyone was there. We laughed, danced and hugged all day long. I felt like I was reaping the blessings bestowed upon me the night before.

On Sunday, as I drove around with another friend, she watched in wonder how our Ageless Aunty chanted every word to one of Snatum’s Kaur’s CD’s…Ong Namo, Guru Dev Namo. After witnessing Aunty in all her glory with all her wits about her, humming happily in the back seat, my friend said with glee… “Aunty plays cards, does yoga, sings, and dances. You make her so happy she is going to live to 102.” And with that, we pulled over to the ocean. I poured some ice, mint green tea and we un-wrapped home made sweet potato pie, reveling in Aunty’s amazing youthfulness (the rewards of my hard work and devotion). I may not be famous yet, but, I will not call myself a failure, because I have made, and am keeping, another person genuinely happy.

Today, I get to write to you about all the joy, love, and peace.

What was re-affirmed for me this weekend (with Snatum Kaur as the soundtrack all along) is: when you open your heart in the name of love, anything is possible. Good comes to you. You don’t have to go looking for it…you don’t even have to ask. If you don’t recognize that it’s already there, you will.

MIRACULOUS...

YOU COULD EVEN SAY SHE GLOWS

Ageless Aunty and I hope to give new meaning to the term “getting old.” Look at the photo above…Aunty doesn't look like she was born in the early part of the last century, does she? Aunty goes to yoga, college, parties, and just about everywhere I go. What is so astounding about this is Aunty has been told she has a little Alzheimer’s. Yet, by all accounts she is the happiest person alive. My aunt has become the toast of the town. I am not the only one in awe over her radiant spirit and selflessness humility. She is the best teacher anyone could ask for.

The most touching complement I have received is, “Your love for Aunty is a living example of what CHRISTMAS is all about.” It is MIRACULOUS what self sacrifice can do. This blog and any inspiration we can give, is our gift to you. Merry Christmas and the Happiest New Year! Follow us and stay happy, healthy, and Ageless.

I have to run…. Aunty is eating all the Sugarplums & hopefully Spiking the Eggnog…

May we bring a little JOY to your world.
