down. Straws are very lightweight and often wind up in our oceans and on our beaches where they are
a danger to marine life. Plastics never biodegrade -- they just break into smaller and smaller pieces.
The Ellen MacArthur Foundation predicts that by 2050 there will be more pounds of plastic than fish in
If Straws are doing this can you IMAGINE what all the rest of your plastic trash is doing?!
Please, I am begging all my readers at Ageless to see the film Plastic Ocean.
I sobbed during the whole film (but as decent human beings we MUST FACE THIS TOGETHER)…
Plastics are now one of the most common pollutants of ocean waters worldwide. Pushed by winds, tides and currents, plastic particles form with other debris into large swirling glutinous accumulation zones, known to oceanographers as gyres, which comprise as much as 40 percent of the planet's ocean ...
When you pile up your trash and throw it away it HAS TO GO SOMEWHERE.
we DO NO HAVE A PLANET B AND ITS HIGH TIME WE ALL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
I have not ever posted anything like this. Here at Ageless we are fun and upbeat.
But, as a caring person living and breathing on this earth I am completely compelled after all I have seen
and come to realize just how important it is that we all take responsibility and do our part and create less waste.
There is nothing fun and upbeat about polluted oceans and a toxic trash filled environment.
WE did this. WE can undo it!
If any of you have children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews YOU MUST SEE THESE FILMS.
I PROMISE YOU BEYOND ANY DOUBT THEY WILL CAREFULLY AND FULLY SHOW YOU WHY IT’S SO IMORTANT TO HAVE LESS AND LESS WASTE
AND TO DO OUR PART TO RECYLCE and to PROTECT AND RESPECT OUR PLANET!
