I love it when people think I am younger than I actually am. I like it when I talk about missing out on not having children and people insist "You can still have a baby!" Most of us know that age is truly just a number and I wholeheartedly believe that. However, I still want to look and feel as young as I can for as long as I can.
This blog, via sharing, connecting, and practicing what I preach, is one way of doing that.
Happy at a recent Big # Birthday
Here's some of what's been working for me.
Red Wine
White Tea
Honey Comfort Mask
& Laughter...as much as humanly possible.
I watch at least one episode of Modern Family a week any time I need a lift. Whatever it takes to make you smile is worth the effort. And even though it's not a comedy I also recommend the film What The Bleep Do We Know. It just makes me feel lighter and full of infinite possibilities! Let me know if it works for you. Like us... it's magical.

Well, I must say the evidence points to the fact that what you prescribe here in your blog DOES work and you are the living proof! I also want to recommend chillaxing with some of your favorite music...goes well with the wine!!
C'est la vie!
Love Modern Family, Love the blog, both are anti-aging!
Thank you for sharing your regiment. But I believe it is your attitude and your giving.
always look forward to your posts:))))
Nice post, G sis. I too am a huge MF fan. Thanks for sharing.
"Looking" young is definitely and "inside" job and it shows that you know this "secret"... We are all just children in this big Universe and it seems to me that living Agelessly is truly the ONLY way to truly LIVE...
Thanks for sharing so many different ways to keep us physically, spiritually and eternally "Ageless"... xo
Some of us are blessed with wonderful genes. I have to work on mine, especially to fit in my jeans. Ha! Here are my four basics- the foundation is food, then exercise, attitude/mind and in the center is Spirit and breathing. It seems you already have all four and the genes like angel aunty. Thanks for sharing some of your tips.
