THE AUNTY TREE

Yes, that's my niece with Steven Tyler

The apple doesn’t fall too far from the Aunty tree…

It looks like my nieces took heed to my post  Ageless with Aunty, the Next Generation.

Here is my adorable niece Montana, with none other than Steven Tyler from Aerosmith, and the new American Idol judge!

Since she is gearing up to someday take over this blog, Montana wants to be happy, and meet as many celebs as she can, “Just like Aunty Renee.”

While at the Bruins Game (where she met Mr. Tyler) my other niece Jesse, was dancing on the ice as a Bruins Girl! They are just keeping up Gold Girl tradition while paving the way for the future of Ageless with Aunty.

AGELESS TIP OF THE WEEK:

WHERE THERE'S A WILL THERE'S RENEE...again~

Rockin out at Fenway...

They said it could not be done….but then my motto kicked in…Where There’s a Will There’s Renee!

In my post J. Geils, I talked about the fact that I did not have tickets to last week’s J. Geils and Aerosmith’s sold out show at Fenway Park. Everyone knew that I was so determined to get tickets that even the Boston Herald newspaper wrote (page five on Saturday August 14th 2010) “Renee Gold, of Ageless with Aunty, doesn’t have tickets but plans to show up anyway.”

So, I did what my friends call Pulled a Renee….

I put on my rock and roll garb, including the original J. Geils tee-shirt, grabbed some cash and headed towards Kenmore Square in Boston. I believed I would find someone selling tickets. Eventually, outside of House of Blues, my sister and I met a guy and his girl who had two extra tickets. Ten minutes before the show we gave him all the money we had between us, which was about three hundred dollars (ouch…. I honestly have not ever paid that much for a ticket in my life) and we walked into Fenway Park, into the concert that had sold out in twenty-three minutes.
diddyboppin
When I realized we had last row, grandstand seats, I put on my sky blue rock and roll cap and my mirrored shades, and grabbed my sister’s hand. We moseyed into a great empty section of box seats and carried on as if we belonged there. Miraculously we were able to stay in the good seats all night….well, almost all night. Towards the end of the show, the generous guy standing next to us asked, “Would you like to go down front?” Silly question…. Next thing I knew…

while Aerosmith played Walk This Way….WE DID! My sister and I, and some guy who obviously worked for Fenway, went traipsing through the crowd of over thirty thousand, while I waved my glowing magic wand. We made our way up close to Steven Tyler…who by the way, is AGELESS. He looks great.

It was such a rush I almost jumped out of my skin. And both bands were incredible… It was worth every dollar.

I guess I will have to ask you to come back soon OR SUBSCRIBE TO THE RIGHT, IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY, to hear about how we got into one of the after parties at House of Blues…Things just kept getting better all night! Not only did I walk that way, but, I walked the talk of this blog: I kept unleashing that triumphant spirit….where anything is always possible… and no dream is too big.

Rock on~

THIS BLOG WORKS!

The One and Only, Ageless Aunty~

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, well look at this one and tell me what it says to you. I see it as Ageless with Aunty is working. Everything I suggest on this blog, from eating apples, to drinking green tea, and dancing with enthusiasm just because… well, it’s apparently working for Aunty. She follows, and lives this blog and I am delighted with the way she looks and feels. Could she actually be getting younger? I am also seeing the imperative role a good attitude plays in the aging game. The fact that she is always happy yields better results than any face lift would.

Someone said to me the other day… “I hope I look half as good as Aunty does when I am 86.” With this picture in mind, I can say…Follow our blog and you will~

As promised, vacation stories coming soon, and for anyone who might be wondering what ever happened with my TV audition for Oprah’s new reality show… I was not selected as a finalist. I am okay with that. I honestly didn’t think I would be (my audition was not properly prepared or polished) but, I did enjoy the process, and I have that lovely little interview with Aunty to cherish. You can still see that footage on my Facebook Page, just scroll down on the left and hit the video link.

Coming Soon, a YouTube video of Ageless Aunty in action. Betty White may have some serious competition! In Aunty’s own words… “Watch Out.”

YOUNGER NEXT YEAR...

I ALWAYS dreamed someone would give me the secrets to staying young and healthy. Well... I got my wish. I may not ever look like this again (this is me at 22) but, I know if I follow what is presented here, a year from today I will not look any older than I do right now. As a matter of fact, I might even look younger! ... That's pretty cool if you ask me.

Thanks to Chris Crowley, co-author, with Dr. Henry S. Lodge, of the Younger Next Year books, here is  solid advice for keeping youthfully vigorous.

1) Exercise six days a week for the rest of your life.

2) Do serious aerobic exercise four days a week for the rest of your life.

3) Do serious strength training, with weights, two days a week for the rest of your life.

4) Spend less than you make.

5) Quit eating junk.

6) Care.

7) Connect and commit.

You could put numbers 6 and 7 into practice right now by simply hitting the follow button on the right. You would be helping Aunty and I by saying that you like our blog. There are no strings attached, and no one,  will get your email. Honest. It is simply a nice thing to do because we work hard to entertain you, and hopefully help to keep you inspired and feeling good.

I would like to add a number eight... Take a break.... With that I am leaving for a few days to a much needed, long over due (by ten years) vacation. I will be back soon with some great stories to blog about. I miss my readers already..... please leave me some comments below about your vacation highlights, or one particular vacation that stands out... we can compare notes when  I return. And, let me know what you think of the health tips listed above...

Love,
Renee & Ageless Aunty~

EARTH TO OPRAH...

Not so Fast...

Since I have always been told I am one in a million, I didn't think it would be so hard to be, let's say, one in a billion. I say that because apparently when Oprah decides to produce a reality TV show, about having your own show.... well, half the world wants a chance to try out. Needless to say, since my last post a few days ago, I have been tyring to find someone to shoot my video audtion, edit the video, and upload the clip. I am still not there yet...

Well, I shot the footage, and now I am trying to upload it . This is not easy when half the population is doing the same thing at the same time. There is no air-conditioning in my office where my computer is, and I am sweating. But, since my show is about always looking up, the good news is I probably have lost those ten pounds that TV will add! So, I am already on the right track. I'll stay seated at the computer trying to get past all the technical difficulties and the rules and regulations of the contest. The questionaire is so long that Aunty will be 87 by time I complete answering the questions. They want to know everything.

This is not easy! This is Oprah Winfrey we are talking about. So, be patient. As soon as we have the video uploaded on her site, I will tell everyone I know, and hopefully you will tell everyone you know, and maybe I will have a chance to host my own show... with Ageless Aunty as my Co-Host.

I have lots of great ideas already. And, Aunty really wants to go to Hollywood~
More so than ever.....Stay Tuned. Blue Skies ahead...

I DID IT AGAIN...and so can you...

Before I tell you what I am referring to, I will say this blog is pretty powerful. The more I follow all the guidelines and thoughtful suggestions I have set forth for others, my own life improves.

A few weeks ago (before all the talk of turning Japanese) my dear friend Lori told me not to make any plans for Saturday June 5th. She had a surprise, belated birthday gift for me. I circled that date on my calendar and carried on with my busy life; care giving responsibility to Aunty, and all my writing (including this blog). Then, as I mentioned, my cousin from Japan showed up, invited me to tea. He also brought me sake (labeled in Japanese) and a fancy fan. However, my friends believe my karma is so good, and because I don’t let obstacles keep me down for long....> fun, exciting, and extraordinary things keep showing up in my life.

I had been so excited about re-connecting with my cousin, expanding the Japanese theme I had been creating, and open to more, well, needless to say, another serendipitous occurrence…..

This past weekend, June 5th, I found myself with two of my closest friends, in an authentic Japanese tea room, called "The Flying Heron." It's run by a man who studied the art of tea with a Japanese sensei named Kaji Aso. Our sensei prepared a traditional Japanese tea ceremony just for us. My belated birthday gift had appeared!

I was treated to a meditative and tranquil tea (the green matcha powder whipped up slowly with a whisk in the most precise way). There was bowing, sipping, ooh-ing and ahh-ing. I was in my element,  soaking up the culture, and the froth.

My friends continued the celebration by ending the day at a nearby Japanese restaurant. On the way there we stopped in a well-stocked consignment shop where I spotted a piece of jewelry I had been searching for… a sky blue cocktail ring. That particular hue, the shade of the sky, is the color of the popsicles Uncle D would bring me as a little girl. The ring fit perfectly, and was well priced. I walked out with my new belonging, strolling in-between two friends. Later, while sipping one of my favorite drinks (a rare sparkling sake called Moon Rabbit) my new bauble sparkled too. More good fortune can not be too far away.

Things keep getting better when you know they will. Surrender…. Let everything go… So it can all fall into place just for you!

THE AGELESS J. GEILS BAND...

"#1 fanny"

My afffinty for the J. Geils Band started back in the seventies! Yes, I may be Ageless, but, never-the-less, that was the decade my boyfriend Paul Sek, brought a J. Geils Album over to my house, and it blew my mind! There was this funky, bluesy song called Homework, and he would sing it to me. The way you love me, you love me so, I can’t do my homework, anymore….. I was hooked.

What followed was a lifetime love affair with their music. My sisters and I went wild for the J. Geils Band. We made it to every show in the area, and even got to meet the band on a few occasions. Till this day, anyone who knew me then, associates me with these guys from Boston. I still wear what was probably the first J. Geils Tee Shirt ever made. I have guitar picks from Jerome himself (he’s the “J” in J Geils). I caught a towel that lead singer Peter Wolf, threw into the audience, and for my sweet-sixteen birthday, my mother had a sterling silver guitar charm made, engraved with the bands name for my charm bracelet! But, my favorite association to these funky guys (who, by the way, had a hit-single with their song Angel is a Centerfold) is in my high-school year book. Someone took a picture of me when I was wearing black pants with the band’s name written across my butt in rhinestones. That photo (above) ended up in the yearbook. Underneath they wrote, “Number One Fanny.” That may have been a long time ago, but, the band is still playing, and I am still following… I saw the J. Geils Band last year, (I managed to get into their sold out show two minutes before it started) and I have to say, the band is still incredible. My friends and I stood and screamed for the entire gig.

As a die-hard music lover, I predict the concert event of the summer will be the J. Geils Band and Aerosmith playing together at Fenway Park, in Boston. Tickets sold out in fourteen minutes. I don’t have mine yet….but, by now most of you following this blog know> Where There’s’ a Will There’s Renee. I will get my hands on some tickets, somehow! There may not be any seats left, but what about the stage? Do you think the band would really mind me (one of their most loyal fans) dancing in the wings wearing that vintage tee-shirt and jingling my charm bracelet with their names on it, for old time sake. I will even dig up those rhinestone pants if it helps.

Follow this blog for more on how I had breakfast with front man Peter Wolf. This blog only gets better. And then there's my books. One of the stories in my second book is about how I got Peter Wolf to introduce me to Van Morrison (and what I did from there). The funny part is, I don’t really know Peter Wolf! But, here he is featured on the cover of Rolling Stone... back in the day.
For your listening pleasure…may I recommend some of my favorite J. Geil songs…. Diddyboppin, Homework, Cruising for a Love, and First I look at the Purse!
These songs are so upbeat it’s easy to get hooked! You’ll see…

Renee’s Ageless Tip of the Week:
Treat yourself to live concerts. ADDED BONUS: If it’s music you grew up on, you’ll de-age like a sterling silver guitar charm! Bon Jovi or Botox, you decide.

TAKE TEN YEARS OFF YOUR FACE...

Aunty Did...

We promised to let all our readers in on our Ageless tips. Here you can see Ageless Aunty glowing at 86 years young! All she did was, sip a little champagne, smell some roses, and put on a pair of designer aviator glasses, and viola.... Ageless

It's those little things that add up. And, always be consistent. Doing anything in moderation is also a beauty enhancer. Recent research states that two six ounce drinks a week is fine. Any more than that could increase your risk of breast cancer. So, enjoy a little bit at a time, and stay young in the process. Red wine is good for your heart. Champagne just makes you feel good! Don't forget to be nice too, so someone will want to send you lovely roses to relish.
BEAUTY SECRET #1, Always be looking at someone who loves you!

Rock and Roll Will Save Your Life...

That's What His New Book Says

Last week, when I told my mother I was going to see the J. Geils Band again, she asked me when I was going to outgrow rock and roll. I held up my high-school year book, with the picture of me with the words J. Geils written across my butt in rhinestones, and replied “Never!” My love for rock roll is as strong as ever. I just can’t get enough. My passion for that music carries over to my writing. I wrote a movie script that is essentially a valentine to Classic Rock and its fans (it is not produced yet, but I predict it will be). I still spend a lot of money on concert tickets, and I listen to that music every chance I get.

When I found out author, Steve Almond was on tour promoting his new book Rock and Roll Will Save Your Life, I put on my Jimi Hendrix tee-shirt, my black leather boots and worn out leather jacket. I held up a Bic lighter and made my way to Steve and his new book.

I have to give Steve a lot of credit. It’s hard to sell books these days. He spoke/performed, to a sold out audience. He even threw in a great live band by the name of Boris Mccutcheon & the salt licks, and a slide show. It was a clever idea and a great way to get people out, and interested.

The crowd roared. Everyone except Aunty was in a groove. Maybe because she is 86 years old, or, because she was about to meet Dean Martin the next night, Aunty was a bit preoccupied. But, I was front and center and, like the rest of the audience, I hung on Steve’s every word, grunt, and groan.

Here is a picture Aunty tried to take of me with Steve. Note: Neither Steve nor I are in the picture. Once again, Aunty had other things on her mind.

If you love rock, and like a funny read…listen to the music and check out Steve’s new book. Like it did for him, it might save your life. And, like the music does for me, it will help keep you Ageless… and that has always been my promise to you!

For more on this wild and crazy author go to http://www.stevenalmond.com/ and check out his book Candyfreak too! Last time I looked they were selling that one in museum gift shops.

DANCING WITH THE STARS...

Dancing with the cars

Okay, okay, I may not be dancing with the stars, but I am dancing under the stars with the cars! I could not resist this title because tonight is the Season Premiere of the sensational television show Dancing With the Stars.

In keeping with what this blog is about, Where There's A Will There's Renee, and She's Staying Ageless with Aunty... I thought you might appreciate someone just stopping what they are doing to dance on the street! I did just that and what a terrific feeling. My friends followed suit, and soon several of us let our inner child (or is that inner wild woman) free right on the spot. Trish held back, but luckily she captured this picture. The fact that we had lively music streaming from a new car stereo prompted the spree. We pulled over, parked, jumped out, and carried on.

I know not all of you will want to stop what you are doing to go dance on your lawn, or outside your cubicle, but, maybe you could find one of your favorite songs, turn it up, and dance in your seat. Consider, when you get home from work, taking a break from your normal routine with music and movement.

Spring is here, for many of us life is pretty darn great. And if you want to give thanks... put your whole body into it. I have to say, I have not ever seen an old looking dancer. Have you?

From http://www.sixwise.com/
In fact, Mayo Clinic researchers reported that social dancing helps to:
Reduce stress
Increase energy
Improve strength
Increase muscle tone and coordination
Dancing the night away can burn more calories per hour than riding a bike or swimming.
And whether you like to kick up your heals to hip hop, classical or country, the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI) says that dancing can:
Lower your risk of coronary heart disease
Decrease blood pressure
Help you manage your weight
Strengthen the bones of your legs and hips

SCOTT BROWN

I Still Can't Believe It

I want to say I met Mega-Star Politician Scott Brown and leave it at that. Do I really need to say more? But, I know my readers, and you will naturally want the whole story. Well, I wish I had one. The way this picture came to be is so straightforward, I almost want to make up something dramatic or madcap. But it went down like this:

My friend invited me to A Rock and Roll Fundraiser (Devi Blue Foundation). The last person we thought would be there was the new Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown. We were there to see Aerosmith and New England Bluesman James Montgomery. Out of the corner of my eye I saw this tall handsome man. Lucky for us he was headed in our direction. I immediately realized it was Scott Brown. We said hello, made a little small talk. I mentioned the possible basketball game with the President and said he thinks it might happen. Then I just asked him if I could get a picture with him (I knew you might want to see it). He immediately agreed, and my friend took the above shot. Then, he went above and beyond any call of duty, and asked my friend if she would like a picture too. She flipped (she happens to be a Scott Brown supporter)…. And here she is with her man. It is the happiest I have seen Lori in years!!!

Later that evening, when he passed us again, the Senator raised his glass, nodded to us, and gave us a genuinely warm smile. Some might say, oh that’s just politics. But, since this is my blog, I say no, that’s just courteous. Thanks Mr. Brown. You really make us Ageless. Lori and I feel like we are back in high school sitting next to the cutest boy in class. (Will you put us in your memior? The one Harper Collins is going to publish in 2011)

And for anyone wondering what Scott Brown was doing at such an event.... As it turns out, his lovely daughter Ayla sings with James Montgomery.

HOW TO STAY YOUNG...

Aunty turns 86...
Today our precious and lovable Aunty turns 86 years young! She was born March 7th 1924! Here she is celebrating with one of her girlfriends half her age. Aunty started the day singing and dancing to some of her favorite songs like Let Me Call You Sweetheart, It Had to Be You, and Oh, You Beautiful Doll. Like Aunty, those songs are Ageless. I cried tears of pure joy seeing Aunty make it to another year, and in such high spirits. She shows no signs of slowing down.

Last week she was banging the drums (See Post The Next Gig). Today she is headed to the Casino. Next weeks her calendar includes Chanting and more Dancing.

When I ask her how she stays so young, she says, “I love everyone, and I’m happy.”

The kind and generous Ageless Guru (Aunty) has agreed to share some of the products, vitamins, and foods that help keep her full of vim and vigor! Believe me, they work! Part of her health and beauty regime will be posted soon. In the mean time…

Happy Birthday to all the March 7 babies…especially those cutting their 86th Birthday Cake today! ~~~~~~~

HOLY KALE....

It’s true! Adding Kale to your diet will help you lose weight. For the last several months I have included this cruciferous vegetable to my weekly menu. It’s become a ritual. These days the guys at Whole Foods have the organic Kale waiting for me when I arrive.

Helping with weight loss and curbing sugar cravings are reasons enough to try Kale, but there are many other reasons to include this amazing super food to your diet:
Since Kale is a concentrated form of lutein and zeaxanthin it promotes optimal vision health by protecting the lens of the eye.

It is an excellent source of Vitamin C, and helps keep our immune system strong.

The mighty Kale is a nutritional powerhouse loaded with heart healthy omega-3 fatty acids, sleep-promoting tryptophan and energy producing B vitamins, just to name a few. How do you think Aunty gets all that energy to bang the drums (see previous post)? She knows that green leafy vegetables are good for the brain too. She likes to say, “Who needs Yale, I’ve got Kale!

We don’t call it Holy Kale for nothing….we think it turns a meal into a miracle.

Steam it for five minutes. For some fantastic recipes and more nutritional info see http://www.whfoods.org/

I have to run…Since Aunty’s birthday is only one week away, I am going to see if I can dig up a recipe for a healthy Birthday Cake, or maybe spinach-carrot cupcakes…then again maybe not…She is going to be 86 years young…an Alka-Seltzer on the rocks is an order.

YOUR NEXT GIG...

Aunty on Drums

Aunty is going to be 86 Ageless years next week, March 7th, (the night of the Academy Awards) to be exact. We are thinking of ways to celebrate. After 85 birthday cakes, she tells me she wants to try something new. She is thinking of starting a band. Here she is playing the drums…with her fake cig, her purple gloves, and her sunglasses. She’s such a hepcat!

If anyone has any ideas for what to call her new group let us know. I like the name Love-Nest! That gets my vote. But my sister likes the Rolling Bones. As for Aunty, she prefers to do a take on the Grateful Dead, and call herself Grateful 2 b Alive.

We are thinking of sending this pictures to Hollywood. Maybe she can try out for Ageless Idol!!! You never know. She keeps proving to me that anything is possible. And, we do know one thing for sure… this picture validates that it is never too late for ANYTHING! Way to go Aunty… What an inspiration you are…

BEAUTY SECRETS REVEALED...

You Asked

Okay Okay… Ageless Aunty and I have been asked so many times, what are some products we can recommend to our friends and followers. We like this question because truly, we have tried many, and can recommend some great beauty finds. Aunty is not too far from ninety years young, and her skin is glowing! She inspired this Ageless blog. As far back as I can remember Aunty has been using Oil of Olay. She stared with the pink bottle, and now she is using their Regenerist. Glance over the pictures of Aunty on this blog, and you tell me if you think her skin care regime is working.

Some of my faves are… Lancôme’s Crème Mousse Confort to cleanse my face. When I wash my delicate facial skin I treat it like I would the finest lingerie… with care. Lancôme’s Crème Mousse Confort (made with nurturing rose hip oil and soothing Rose de France) is like no cleanser ever. My skin feels like velvet every time I use it. It really is amazing.

My number one beauty dilemma is my hair. It just has a mind of its own, and by now it’s got some serious memory issues (it forgets how to look good naturally). And, lets’ face it, most products don’t deliver. One day while visiting the far away island of Nantucket (everything is better there)… I discovered the Moroccan Oil hair product line. They tame frizz and add shine. They are the only hair products I have continually purchased.

And for the hair on my legs … I have come across a product that makes my skin feel like a baby’s, even after shaving. The product I am referring to is Skintimate Skin Therapy Moisturizing Shave Cream. The pearly pink lather (with aloe and vitamin E) cushions your skin from the razor and apparently keeps out irritation period. I have to hide it from Aunty because she thinks its for her face. The results create a Wow factor.

Would anyone like to share some of your favorite beauty finds? Or let us know how you found any of our suggestions. Please comment here. And, I will be sure to continue highlighting some of our secret beauty treasures throughout this blog… wait till you hear about the miraculous masks we use. Ageless Aunty and I have ourselves convinced we will never get old if we keep using them! They are that good.

AGELESS TIP OF THE WEEK: Forget the Sunday drive or newspaper….. Wash your face, Shave your legs, and Smooth out your hair....with these products you will create your own Day Spa! You will have a better Monday too…~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~:)

AGELESS AUNTY...

Ode to Iris

Since Aunty always has to get into the act, and always has to have what I am having, or do what I am doing, even wear similar clothes to what I am wearing, here she is paying homage to Iris Apfel, like I did in my recent post, I’ll Show You Ageless! My dear Aunty dons her version of Iris’s trademark over sized spectacles! My camera made a funny noise when I took this shot. If I didn’t know any better, I’d swear it was smiling. I hope you enjoy it too.

BRING BACK THE DRESSING GOWN...

Aunty, Mr. Fran, and his Robe

Because Aunty’s image consultant Mr. Fran (see earlier post titled Be Prepared) also indulges in the pleasure of being at home…he continues to carry on the tradition of wearing a “dressing gown” while lounging and reading. Aunty calls this silk lined bathrobe a “house coat.” No matter what you call the darn thing, I personally find such elegance at the Sunday morning table appealing. Many of the movies in the 1930's and 40's featured men in silk dressing gowns. Gable and Powell come to my mind first.
While we sat and discussed the possibilities for Aunty’s wardrobe, (our stylist in his blue silk dressing gown) it was one of our more refined Sunday Mornings. We were a world away from Aunty's beloved Dunkin’ Donuts. Decked in diamonds and pearls, Mr. Fran’s wife, Marni (he calls “our Marni”) prepared beignets and the finest Hédiard loose-leaf tea, in her all Miele kitchen (www.meile.com). Their ten-year old son played the violin. After a brief montage of old black and white films, Mr. Fran reminded us that the dressing gown was preferred and owned by The Duke of Windsor, Clark Gable, and Fred Astaire to name a few. Garments like this really were the height of elegance and sophistication for men.

Dressing gowns were a product of the times when a man was on stage while lounging in his home. We don't tend to have visitors watch us dress any longer, but, after seeing Mr. Fran in such attire, and the nostalgic and glamorous feeling it gave us, Aunty and I would like to suggest to any man reading this… bring back the dressing gown and keep the old Hollywood style alive! And girls, since many of us (men and women alike) spend a lot more time around the house these days, what a terrific Valentine’s Day gift for your man.

Ageless Tip of the Week: Enjoy the clothes you are in. And, if at all possible, wear something from your past, and be glad that you can.

This post was inspired by William Powell, Mr. Fran, and A Suitable Wardrobe www.asuitablewardrobe.dyned.com

AUNTY AT THE ASHRAM...

SAT NAM

It was a bitter cold New England Night….in order to stay warm, Aunty and I headed over to the Ashram to participate in a cozy and relaxing gong meditation. As mentioned earlier www.agelesswithaunty.blogspot.com/2009/12/sat-nam.html, Aunty and I practice Kundalini yoga. This is ancient form of healing yoga brings true radiance. Take one look at Ageless Aunty (close to ninety) after immersing herself in a soothing gong bath. She’s become a regular at an actual Ashram where many consider her a true guru. Last night, she was bestowed with hugs, kisses, yogi tea, and a fur coat.
